PM Engineer

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment as assigned

- Participate in the preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance

- Handle guest requests and work orders promptly and professionally

- Perform trade jobs such as  plumbing and other maintenance tasks as needed

- Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field

- Knowledge of trade skills, including plumbing and basic electrical work

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety standards

- Flexibility to handle various tasks and respond to urgent requests
