R&F Collusion Intelligence Lead

Lead the strategic detection and disruption of collusion across poker ecosystems, ensuring integrity and trust across all brands and tournament formats.
Working in harmony with other fraud teams (who cover financial transactions & KYC items), you will lead collusion intelligence efforts in conjunction with management instruction, our rules and terms of service to minimize losses while creating an environment that is conducive to play for our player base.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine collusion detection frameworks using behavioral analytics, network mapping and gameplay pattern analysis.
Oversee cross-brand intelligence sharing and escalation protocols for suspected collusion rings.
Collaborate with fraud, compliance, and product teams to align enforcement actions with regulatory and commercial priorities.
Develop time-series overlays and segmentation logic to surface emerging abuse patterns.
Quantify financial impact of collusion and prioritize mitigation efforts based on risk scoring and tournament exposure.
Train and mentor analysts on collusion typologies, investigative techniques and escalation thresholds.
Delivery of up-to-date fraud detection tools and other technological pieces required to keep pace with issues faced by the industry.
Reporting on caseload, mitigation and risk trends to Heads of and Executive.
At least 3 years in a fraud and risk or related position within the poker industry.
Proficiency in data analysis, risk modelling and fraud detection techniques specific to online gaming.
Awareness and insight of modern technologies and their use and application by problematic clientele.
Degree in a related field preferred.
A collaborative mindset to be willing to work alongside customer support and other fraud teams as many cases will involve significant overlap.
