HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert installation, maintenance, and repair services for HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You will use advanced diagnostic tools to ensure optimal system performance and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Analyze system issues and identify appropriate repair courses of action; prepare written work cost estimates and recommendations for customers.
- →Maintain truck inventory. Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present.
- →Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions.
- →Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations.
- →Maintain accurate service records and document repairs and installations.
- →Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently.
- →Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- EPA certification (Preferred).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
