Role: Assistant General Manager

Location: Oxon Hill, MD

• Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer and teach, coach, and mentor the team to do the same.
• Drive the business with winning sales strategies, including leveraging promotions, pricing, product changes, vendor days, etc.
• Attract, retain and develop a high performing customer-centric team that is passionate about cannabis, our products, and our customers.
• Always be analyzing the business, product insights, and feedback to find creative and out of the box ideas to enhance store performance.

• You are welcoming and inclusive of others, value individual differences, and love leading a winning team.
• You have experience with operating a point-of-sale system, cash handling, and have meticulous attention to detail.
• You are great at adapting and multi-tasking, showcasing your ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Demonstrate strong ethical standards and sound judgment in decision-making and are an excellent communicator.
