Role: Data Management Coordinator

Location: Remote

The Data Management Coordinator supports day-to-day data processes across the organization—making sure data is accurate, organized, and easy to access. This role works cross-functionally to maintain data quality, support reporting, and keep systems running smoothly.

Ensure accurate, reliable data that supports daily operations and decision-making
Maintain clean, consistent data across systems by identifying and resolving discrepancies
Keep data accessible and up to date so teams can move quickly and efficiently
Support reporting and insights that drive operational and strategic decisions
Partner cross-functionally (ops, finance, IT, analytics) to collect and maintain key data
Bring structure to data systems, documentation, and ongoing process improvements
Uphold data governance, compliance, and security standards across the organization

1+ year of experience in data management or similar role
Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Strong Excel skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Basic understanding of data quality and governance
