Fulfillment Manager

Role: Fulfillment Manager  

Location: Capitol Heights, MD

Your Impact: 

• Set strategic direction and manage fulfillment operations to ensure optimal distribution and delivery of finished products 

• Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team members  

• Generate inventory reports, oversee barcode scan and delivery loading 

• Create delivery routes, and oversee dispatch of safe deliveries 

• Collaborate with leaders on orders, timelines, inventory quantity, production schedules and quality standards   

Your Strengths: 

• You are passionate about the cannabis industry, the plant itself, and leading teams.  

• You are highly detail-oriented and organized, and drive to achieve results 

• You have excellent communication and customer service skills, and are able to coordinate effective communications between the facility, the sales team, and our customers. 

• You excel at managing multiple responsibilities and adapting to frequent changes 

• You are committed to operational excellence, consistently identifying opportunities for improvement and problem solving
