We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary on-site workplace lead for our Houston hub. This is an operations-first role focused on keeping the office organized, stocked, welcoming, and running smoothly each day. You’ll own day-to-day workplace execution, make most routine operational decisions on the ground, and help create an office experience that feels thoughtful, reliable, and aligned with The Homie Way.

You will own day-to-day office operations for the Houston hub within an established operating rhythm. Office readiness and operational reliability come first. Here's what you'll own:
