- Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance with accuracy and efficiency
- Use inspection forms and repair orders to document work and recommendations
- Road test vehicles to verify concerns and confirm repairs
- Communicate clearly with service advisors about repair needs and updates
- Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and repair techniques
- Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience as an automotive main line technician
- Mindset: Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Team Player: Communicates clearly and works well with advisors and fellow techs
- Problem-Solver: Diagnoses issues accurately and efficiently
- Lifelong Learner: Open to continuous training and certification opportunities
Requirements

- Valid license and clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (for illegal substances)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
