As an Automotive Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our customers safe and their vehicles performing at their best. Your primary focus will include wheel alignments, brake diagnosis and repair, suspension and steering work, and comprehensive vehicle inspections.

You will work alongside experienced service advisors and technicians in a collaborative environment focused on quality, efficiency, and honest customer recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform two-wheel and four-wheel alignments accurately and efficiently
  • Diagnose, repair, and replace brake system components
  • Inspect and repair steering and suspension systems
  • Complete thorough vehicle safety and maintenance inspections
  • Identify needed repairs and clearly document recommendations
  • Perform preventive maintenance and general automotive repairs
  • Use repair orders and inspection forms to document completed work
  • Road-test vehicles to verify customer concerns and confirm repairs
  • Communicate repair needs, findings, and status updates to service advisors
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Stay current with automotive technology, equipment, and repair procedures
  • At least two years of hands-on automotive repair experience; three or more years preferred
  • Strong experience performing alignments, brake repairs, and vehicle inspections
  • Working knowledge of steering and suspension systems
  • Ability to diagnose concerns accurately and complete repairs efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle safety
  • Dependable, professional, and motivated work style
  • Clear communication and the ability to work well with technicians and service advisors
  • Alignment or ASE certifications are preferred but not required

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening for illegal substances
  • Authorization to work in the United States
