  • Selectively screening, interviewing and enrolling prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment completion process.
  • Conducting personal interviews to qualify prospective students and to explain the academic programs at Hondros College of Nursing, as well as advising  on requirements to meet Hondros College of Nursing’s admissions criteria.
  • Acting in a liaison capacity with other campus departments to ensure that student enrollment is efficient and delivered with a high degree of customer service.
  • Using all approved marketing and recruiting tools to educate prospective students through an active listening and consultative approach to create a value proposition aligning prospective student needs to the College and its offerings.
  • Reviewing entrance examination scores, referring students to the financial aid department as appropriate to ensure the prospective student understands all financial options, as well as ensuring that satisfactory enrollment agreements are completed.
  • Participating as a team member of the campuses admissions department by understanding team dynamics, rules and principles, and working diligently and willingly towards the department plan and objectives.
  • Participating and assisting with on and off campus recruiting events such as information sessions, college/career fairs, campus-based open houses and industry update meetings as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Three years customer service experience and/or sales related experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with a variety of individuals at various organizational levels
  • Ability to identify and assess educational needs for prospective students and provide recommendations
  • Ability to identify and resolve escalated issues or recommend solutions
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines
  • Ability to interpret federal and state regulations and ensure compliance

Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $45,900.00 to $59,700.00.  We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to: job and level hired into, location, skill set; experience and training; peer compensation and other business and organizational needs. This range is subject to change.
