Responsibilities

→Must have a Class A License or a current Class A permit
→Ability to safely load trucks and hostler trailers.
→Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems and concepts.
→Comfortable with PLC and controlled equipment.
→Must work around cleaning chemicals and be able to lift and carry 65 lbs.
→Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
→Frequently check and refuel refer units in a timely manner throughout the shift.
→Upholds highest quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
→Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
→Ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
→Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.
→Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations.
→Communicate clearly with incoming drivers from our outside suppliers.
→Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
→Ability and working knowledge on how to maintain the yard goat during day-to-day functions.
→Communicates with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.
→Set-up oncoming shift for successful run.
→Complete hourly trailer checks for fuel, refer faults, ensure refrigerators are running and rear doors are closed when in use.
→Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.
→Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with off-going Line Technician.

SQF Requirements…

→Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the yard area in a sanitary manner.
→Report food safety problems to personal with authority to initiate action.
→Ensure all programs are being upheld and documentation is current.

Class A Driver’s License Permit is Required

For candidates based in California, this position starts at $25.60/hr per the CBA.
