HCM School for Ministry
Leadership Development & Practicum Program

Welcome to the HCM School for Ministry.

The Hope Center Ministries (HCM) School for Ministry is a structured leadership development and practicum program designed to equip and prepare individuals for future ministry and operational roles within Hope Center Ministries.

This program exists to develop leaders who are spiritually grounded, operationally competent, and mission-aligned. Participants will grow through both structured curriculum and hands-on practicum experience across various ministry departments.

School for Ministry is not employment. It is a voluntary training program intended to prepare individuals for potential future opportunities within HCM. Completion of the program does not guarantee employment, nor are participants obligated to pursue employment. Those who desire to apply for positions following completion will enter the standard hiring process.
