Supports procurement operations by managing purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and expense systems. Works closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure efficient purchasing processes and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

→Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and maintain punchout catalogs in Workday.
→Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records and billing profiles.
→Resolve issues related to POs, invoices, and vendor discrepancies.
→Administer and support the Concur Travel & Expense (T&E) system, including user setup and training.
→Analyze and audit expense reports to identify trends, compliance issues, and cost-saving opportunities.
→Assist in improving procurement and expense management processes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or indirect sourcing.
Experience with Concur system administration preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary Range: $66,500.00 - $92,000.00

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
