The Program:
Our future success depends on the innovation and fresh ideas students bring to HP, inc. We are hiring students with a diverse set of skills and experiences to join us, across the different organizations that make us HP, inc. Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way.
Join us for a 6 months paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!
## Responsibilities
* Support regional sales and category analysis across multiple countries by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
* Prepare dashboards, reports, and analytical summaries using Excel, BI tools, and other data visualization platforms to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Assist in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking at a regional level.
* Collaborate directly with Juan on analytical requests and ad-hoc decision-support projects that impact multiple markets.
* Support initiatives related to automation, AI, or process efficiencies to improve data handling and reporting accuracy.
* Analyze market, macroeconomic, and business indicators to provide context for regional performance and decision-making.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all analyses and presentations shared with stakeholders.
* Gain exposure to HP’s regional sales operations, tools, and analytical frameworks, while building foundational business and analytical skills.
Education
* Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in May 2027.
* ### Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fluency in English.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
* ### Leverage AI and automation tools to improve and streamline processes.
* ### Identify opportunities to automate tasks and increase efficiency.
### Use advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
* ### Execute initiatives with accountability and clear, assertive communication.
* ### Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret, and use data for decision-making (advanced programming not required)
* ### Interest or foundational experience in Excel, BI tools, AI, and automation.
* ### Curiosity and willingness to learn about market dynamics, macro-business trends, and regional sales operations.
* ### Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in a regional, multi-country context.
