Engineering Project Specialist

Engineering Project Specialist Description - Responsibilities: * Program & Project Coordination Oversees multiple projects within a large-scale program, driving engineering development and implementation of products or service offerings across functions. * Planning & Resource Management Develops support requirements for assigned projects, including NRE, IUR and sample plans, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project development needs. * Team & Progress Oversight Coordinates activities of project teams, monitors progress against established plans, reports outcomes, and recommends adjustments to program leadership. * Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Project communications such as status, and actions tracking. Facilitates project system team meetings, provides updates of actions, DCR, and maintains project documentation. * Quality Management Leads platform quality via internal review program to support development system evaluation and quality assurance. * Documentation & Schedule Control Manages project schedules, documentation, and DCR to maintain status accuracy and compliance with project plan commitments. Education and Experience Required: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. * 2 years above experience of project/program management. Knowledge and Skills: * Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results. * Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills. * Understanding of organization and company product and service offering development process. * Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and Mandarin. * Ability to effectively communicate development plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.
