Graduate Business Analyst Description - The Customer Support Organization (CSO) is responsible for translating strategy into execution and delivering the best customer support experience at the right cost. We are looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join the Business Planning team within the Customer Support Operations, Business Management organization. This is a full-time position designed as a versatile analyst profile, supporting the team across multiple priorities including forecasting, reporting, and planning processes by delivering accurate data analysis and actionable insight. You will be part of an international team, working in a dynamic environment and contributing directly to improving efficiency, cost management, and decision-making across all markets. Objectives & Responsibilities You will collaborate with Business Segment Managers, Finance, Quality and Functions to drive insights and improvements.
