This is an opportunity to grow your impact, collaborate with talented teams, and bring meaningful product experiences to life. ## ** Candidate submissions MUST include a portfolio link** Key Responsibilities * Work with multiple project teams across all phases of industrial design and development—including design research, design concept /language development, CAD modeling, Supplier engagement, design specifications, and more. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality design solutions and foster strong working relationships. * Review and evaluate design concepts and project activities to ensure alignment with design standards, usability goals, and product requirements. * Contribute to project timelines, working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet key milestones. * Apply domain expertise to support cross-organizational initiatives and product strategies. * Translate ideas into tangible outcomes through concept development, presentations, and design execution * Support innovation through the integration of emerging technologies and evolving design language. * Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance design processes, quality, and team effectiveness. Education & Experience * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 7+ years of relevant experience in industrial design or product development. Knowledge & Skills * 3D Modeling and CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Pro-E, Rhino, etc) * Industrial Design, Product Design, and New Product Development * Prototyping and Manufacturing Processes * Basic understanding of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering principles * UX/UI fundamentals, user research, and visual communication * Project and workflow management Cross-Functional Competencies * Effective communication * Results orientation * Learning agility * Digital fluency * Customer-centric mindset The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
