MVC Operations Lead

MVC Operations Lead Description - Job Summary * Lead and manage Supplies Inside Sales team (ISRs) to achieve MVC Renewal targets. * Support Supplies KAMs by coordinating with Enterprise and Govt customers w.r.t. MVC program letters and ensuring follow-ups. * Coordinate with Sales teams, Partners, Category and internal stakeholders for deal closures. * Ensure smooth order processing, exception handling and compliance with company policies. * Review quotations, pricing approvals, and special bid requests before submission. * Monitor ISR team performance, productivity, and process adherence. * Coach ISRs through trainings, periodic review cadence and performance feedback. * Prepare and present sales reports, dashboards, and business updates to the Supplies team. * Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new ISR team members and ensuring that the team operates effectively * Identifies and mitigates risks associated with operational processes, developing proactive strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
