Regional Supply Chain Security Manager, APJ Description - Job Summary * This role is responsible for driving moderately complex activities to ensure the security and integrity of an organization's systems, processes, and data. * The role involves gathering evidence, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. * The role identifies security risks and priorities related to organizational functions and establishes long-term security goals. Responsibilities * Delivers tactical security support to specific divisional/regional operations, manages one or more security programs focused on an aspect of security fundamental to organizational security strategy. * Provides guidance and support to site and subsidiary security operations, ensuring organizational standard are implemented. * Assesses security exposures and implements programs to address them, influencing stakeholders and clients as required. * Conducts and supports investigations within the region or elsewhere as requested by Global Security Management * Provides support as directed in areas of executive protection, crisis management, site security, brand security, etc. * Provides training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders on security best practices. * Develops and maintains security data to enable trending and return on investment analysis, maintains incident reporting database and measures. * Assesses and monitors the security practices of third-party vendors providing services to the organization. * Develops and implements security policies, procedures, and controls for organizational systems; maintains liaison with government, industry, and intelligence professionals. Education & Experience Recommended * Four-year or Graduate Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. * Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in law enforcement, military, intelligence, specialized security systems, or a related field.
