Supply Chain Finance LF Print Supplies Analyst Description - Job Summary This is a WW Supply Chain Finance Analyst role based in Penang, Malaysia supporting Source and Factory Operations for Large Format Supplies business. Other than key financial cadence of Budget, Forecast, MEC, ESC setting, variance analysis & compliance related vigilance, this role partners closely with Operations team to drive cost savings opportunities and optimize cash. The analyst is also expected to strive for optimal efficiency through continuous process improvement leveraging effective digital tools. Responsibilities * Performs complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units, identifies issues and recommends solutions. * Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives. * Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain. * Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making. * Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth. * Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. * Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies. * Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently. * Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans. * Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles, thereby aiming to enhance individual as well as organizational performance. Education & Experience Recommended * Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. * Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, supply chain finance, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
