Trainer AI & Technology

We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Trainer to join our Academic Research and Development team, focused on enhancing technological capacity and AI literacy among educators. The ideal candidate will design and facilitate training modules, conduct research with a strong emphasis on AI tools, responsible AI use, and digital fluency. Key responsibilities: 1. Training Design & Facilitation · Design and deliver engaging, research-based teacher training modules focused on AI literacy, tech tools, and digital pedagogy. · Facilitate in-person and virtual capacity-building sessions for K-12 educators across varied brands. · Use hands-on, inquiry-based strategies to promote the meaningful use of technology in classrooms. 2. Content & Module Development · Develop curriculum-aligned AI literacy content as per the AI Literacy project, tailored to educators, including case studies, use-case simulations, and ethical considerations. · Create and maintain a repository of digital learning resources, tutorials, and toolkits for ongoing teacher support. · Support instructional designers by helping them integrate various tech tools into the curriculum, across boards. 3. Research & Development · Conduct and contribute to action research in the areas of EdTech, AI in education, and teacher professional development. · Stay updated with emerging technologies in education, analyzing their relevance and impact on pedagogy and student learning. · Produce knowledge outputs such as white papers, blog posts, and presentations for internal and external dissemination.
