→Communicate effectively with existing residents to address their needs and concerns.
→Establish and manage a successful lease renewal program.
→Conduct property tours for prospective residents highlighting key amenities and features.
→Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
→Maintain accurate records of all leasing-related activities and resident interactions.
→Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.

Proven experience in a leasing or similar customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or sales are advantageous.
