About the Role
~1 min readConduct full-cycle recruitment processes for technical/researching positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract and engage potential candidates.
Act as a brand ambassador for our organization, promoting our employee value proposition and building a strong employer brand within the technical/academic community.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to expand our talent network.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to technical/academic recruitment and share relevant insights with the team.
The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the ability to quickly understand job requirements.
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and recommendations based on data and insights.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
