In the Philippines, Hubexo operates under the legal name BCI Central.   The Opportunity We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to support the governance and coordination of Hubexo’s global IT project portfolio. Working closely with the PMO Lead, this role will play a key part in ensuring projects are tracked effectively, governance standards are maintained, and stakeholders have visibility into project progress, risks, and deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination, reporting, and project governance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment. Key Responsibilities Support and coordinate day-to-day governance activities across the IT project portfolio together with the PMO Lead Maintain and continuously improve project management methodologies, templates, and standards Own and manage project deliverable templates while supporting project managers in their adoption and usage Consolidate and track project updates including progress, financials, resource allocation, and deliverables status Support risk and issue management activities across projects and workstreams Coordinate meetings, governance reviews, and project reporting activities Manage PMO tooling including SmartSheet project plans, trackers, dashboards, and MS Office templates Ensure consistent ways of working and governance standards across projects Utilize AI tools to improve reporting, coordination, and operational efficiency Collaborate with international teams and external stakeholders when required   What Success Looks Like Accurate and timely project reporting across the portfolio Strong governance and follow-through on project actions and deliverables Effective coordination between project managers and stakeholders Well-maintained PMO documentation, templates, and project tracking tools Proactive identification and escalation of risks or issues   Qualifications & Experience Essential 5+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, or business analysis roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable coordinating with and following up senior stakeholders for updates and deliverables Experience supporting PMO governance activities including reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and project coordination Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience using SmartSheet or similar project management and reporting tools Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery Exposure to enterprise IT, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects Experience supporting regional or global project portfolios Knowledge of project financial tracking and resource planning Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and reporting efficiency Experience preparing executive-level presentations and governance reports PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile, or related project management certifications Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams   Why Join Hubexo?
