Responsibilities

Provide HR guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational goals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements.
Support recruitment efforts for key positions.
Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure business continuity and future growth.
Drive performance appraisal processes and goal-setting initiatives.
Coach managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
Ensure consistency and fairness in performance management practices.
Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Promote a positive work culture and maintain healthy employee relations.
Identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.
Partner with Learning & Development teams to address capability gaps.
Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
Lead employee engagement programs and action plans.
Analyze engagement survey results and implement improvement initiatives.
Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Support HR audits and reporting requirements.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders.
Track key HR metrics including attrition, retention, hiring, productivity, and engagement.
Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management review.
Use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably within T&D, EPC, Infrastructure, or Power sector.
Strong understanding of project-based workforce management.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Experience in handling large blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
