We are seeking an organised, proactive and dedicated EHCP & Transitions Coordinator to join our Learner Support team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring smooth transitions into College and coordinating vital Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes.
 Working closely with the Director of Learner Support, Local Authorities, schools, parents/carers and external agencies, you will coordinate EHCP consultations, annual reviews and transition arrangements, ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice.
