Warehouse Team Lead 1st Shift

• Full-time, 4 days a week (10-hour shifts), 5:00 AM start
• Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
• Overtime available based on business needs. This is a 7-day operation.

• →Unload trailers, move freight, stage product and handle other general warehouse tasks
• →Lead by example in productivity, safety, attendance and work quality
• →Give associates daily direction, support and coaching
• →Set and keep a productive pace throughout the shift
• →Keep management updated on operations, productivity, staffing and any issues
• →Help train and onboard new warehouse employees
• →Make sure safety procedures, policies and operating standards are followed
• →Help keep the work area clean, organized and safe
• →Flag freight concerns, operational issues and process inefficiencies to management
• →Support inventory accuracy, proper freight handling and smooth warehouse flow
• →Help management put process improvements in place
• →Promote a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• 6+ months of team lead, leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Experience unloading trailers or doing manual warehouse labor (strongly preferred)
• Strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example
• Reliable attendance and availability for a consistent 4-day schedule
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Forklift or other equipment experience is a plus, but not required

• $24.50 per hour
