Overview
As a Salesforce Admin at HYCU, you will be part of our global GTM Operations team and take ownership of the platforms that help our people work smarter. Beyond day-to-day Salesforce administration, you will act as a strategic partner to the business — solving critical operational challenges, managing cross-functional data workflows, and serving as a go-to expert for emerging process needs. You will bring hands-on experience with AI tools and a genuine curiosity for how AI can enhance Salesforce environments — whether through intelligent automation, predictive insights, or AI-native features — to continuously improve how HYCU operates.

- 13:00-21:00 CET (7am-3pm ET US Time Zone Coverage)
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage all go to market systems (SFDC, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Dealhub, Clari).
- All aspects of user and license management including new user set up/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to data architecture, workflows and process automation, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom object/field creation, validations, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, dashboards/reports
- Support teams with standardized dashboards/reports requests.
- Sandbox environment management
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice/scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal staging in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Work on AI automation in SFDC system
- Provide support to end users, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Working with other teams to integrate Salesforce with other teams and applications
- Maintain documentation of Salesforce processes and procedures
- Manage overall data quality/hygiene and ongoing processes to support data quality
- Execute ongoing processes and system improvement, always seeking to improve upon the current state
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
- Salesforce Admin certifications (ADM201) or in process
- Experience with Salesforce development, including APEX and Visualforce, is a plus
- Experience in using AI to automate Salesforce processes is a plus
- Experience with other sales tools is a plus i.e., HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Dealhub, Clari etc.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team & strong communicator
