~1 min readYou’ll deliver high-quality front-line support across Hydro Tasmania. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations moving by supporting fleet and travel administration, maintaining records, and providing excellent service to employees and visitors. From coordinating bookings and managing ServiceNow requests to supporting workplace services, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding compliance, confidentiality and a strong customer focus.

- →Coordinate travel bookings, expenses and provider liaison
- →Manage fleet admin incl. bookings, servicing and compliance
- →Action employee requests via ServiceNow requests
- →Provide workplace support and triage employee enquiries
- →Deliver reception and front-of-house services as needed
- →Maintain records, documents and audit-ready data

Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in similar admin or customer service role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong organisation and ability to manage priorities
- High attention to detail and clear communication
- Customer-first mindset with strong integrity
