THE ROLE
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the HAIX online stores, as well as for developing new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist is also responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.

THE ROLE
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the HAIX online stores, as well as for developing new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist is also responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.
THE JOB
- Maintaining and updating current E-Commerce system via front-end and back-end
- Developing, implementing, and managing of digital marketing strategies, including:
- strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms
- raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
- Managing the digital marketing calendar
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports to present to the marketing team/upper management
- Analyze and track digital marketing performance, including campaign/promotion results, conversion rates, and online traffic to develop future marketing plans and campaigns (what worked, what didn’t and why)
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets to stay organized
- Manage Paid Search agency relationship (Bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings)
- Create analysis and campaign reporting that agency does not provide (monthly)
- Manage Organic Search agency relationship (monthly meetings)
- Create analysis and campaign reporting that agency does not provide (monthly)
- Overseeing the digital marketing budget
- Competitor and Market research and analysis to discover customer trends and habits
- Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities
- Collaborating with internal departments such as sales and marketing to create and implement ecommerce advertising and marketing plans/strategies.
THE SKILLS NEEDED
- Proven work experience in Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals
- Proficiency in analyzing data and report building
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Practical Experience of HTML and CSS
- Ability to work under pressure while still meeting deadlines
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Experience with A/B testing, reporting and optimization
