Our Facilities Management team is seeking an experienced Senior Data and Reporting Analyst with strong data analytics capabilities to lead initiatives. This hybrid role combines traditional facilities management with project management and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist local Facilities and Corporate Security staff with onsite support
  • Lead end-to-end project management for data and reporting initiatives, including scope definition, timeline development, budget management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, deliverables, and success metrics for facilities management reporting solutions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, HR, Development, and administrative departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Collect, process, and analyze complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems including OnBase, ServiceNow, Excel databases, and space management platform
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI and other business intelligence tools
  • Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide strategic recommendations for facilities operations and business strategy
  • Create, maintain, and enhance weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting
  • Develop comprehensive workload reporting solutions to track office utilization, team performance, and operational metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data integration issues and implement system improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize reporting workflows and data accessibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management with data analytics, business intelligence, or equivalent analytical roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX functions)
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation) 
  • Experience with additional reporting tools such as Tableau is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with database systems and data integration platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong quality assurance capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
