 We are seeking an experienced Java and Oracle database developer with a strong background in finance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications and managing large volume of data, with a focus on Oracle database technologies. Experience in the finance domain is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications for financial systems, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Optimize and tune Oracle database queries to improve application performance.

- Profile Java applications to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Develop and implement efficient data partitioning strategies to manage large datasets.

- Manage and optimize query plans for complex SQL queries.

- Leverage Java multithreading capabilities to improve application concurrency and performance.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- 3+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on performance optimization.

- Strong expertise in Oracle database technologies, including query tuning and optimization.

- Experience with Java multithreading and concurrency programming.

- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.2

- Knowledge of data partitioning strategies and query plan management.

- Experience with Java profiling tools (e.g., VisualVM, JProfiler).

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in the finance domain (e.g., banking, securities, trading).

- Knowledge of financial concepts exchange traded financial instruments and terminology.

- Experience with Spring Framework

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
