 Paul Davis is currently looking for an Accountant / Budget Administrator in Lethbridge

We are looking for someone with experience in accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.  This position also includes responsibilities in estimating and oversight of budgets on various construction and restoration projects.  Working well with internal staff and our customers is important in this role.
 
Candidates for this position should: 
 •         Be self-motivated
•         Like working with people, and have good communication skills
•         Be organized, and enjoy working with numbers
•         Carry themselves in a professional manner
•         Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•         Have experience with standard accounting practise
•         Have experience with and understand accounting principles and procedures.  
 
Experience in these in areas is a positive:
•         Construction costs and budgeting
•         QuickBooks 
•         Restoration software such as Xactimate, Xactanalysis, and RMS/Dash
•         Previous experience in the insurance industry an asset
 
Qualifications: 
•         Solid interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
•         IICRC certifications is an asset but not required
•         A degree in accounting 
•        Training in Project Management or Construction is an asset but not required
