Job Overview:

As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpet cleaning, and any additional experience in water restoration and mold mitigation is a plus. Certifications in cleaning and restoration are valuable but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning using professional-grade equipment and techniques.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every job.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about the cleaning process and expected results.
Assist with water damage restoration and mold mitigation when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in carpet cleaning preferred.
Experience in water restoration and mold mitigation is a plus.
IICRC or other certifications in cleaning and restoration are a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills—must be professional, courteous, and client-focused.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
Must be dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
