Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Tyler-Longview is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Cleaning Technician.

No industry experience is required. We will train the right person.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job well, and wants the opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with a growing company.

What You'll Do

Assist with carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, air duct, and other professional cleaning services
Load, unload, set up, and clean equipment
Assist lead technicians on residential and commercial jobs
Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas
Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
Learn proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and job procedures
Follow company safety procedures and standards
As you develop your skills, begin performing cleaning jobs more independently
Assist with restoration projects as needed

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Dependable and shows up on time
Hardworking and comfortable with physically demanding work
Willing to learn and take direction
Positive and professional around customers and coworkers
Comfortable working in different environments, including homes, businesses, attics, crawlspaces, and other job sites as needed
Able to lift and carry equipment and perform physical work throughout the day
Interested in developing skills and taking on greater responsibility over time
In possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record

Experience in cleaning, construction, restoration, maintenance, or other hands-on work is helpful but not required.

Pay & Growth

$13–$14 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to grow. Someone who proves dependable, learns quickly, and takes ownership of their work can develop into a Cleaning Technician or Lead Technician and take on additional responsibilities within our cleaning and restoration operation.
