Construction Project Manager

Help rebuild homes and businesses when property owners need it most. SERVPRO of Abilene is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from approved scope through final completion. You will keep customers informed, coordinate the people doing the work, and deliver quality projects on schedule and on budget.

What you’ll do

- Plan and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Build project schedules and coordinate superintendents, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials
- Review scopes, estimates, plans, budgets, and change orders to protect quality and profitability
- Make sure work meets the approved scope, specifications, and local code requirements
- Maintain complete project documentation, including contracts, photos, schedules, and change orders
- Communicate clearly with customers and the internal team throughout each project
- Resolve field issues quickly and keep projects moving toward completion

What we’re looking for

- Proven construction project management experience
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent organization, leadership, and customer communication
- Ability to manage several active projects while maintaining attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED; additional construction or project management training is a plus
