As a Lead Remediation Technician, you’ll lead teams with skill and care, taking pride in knowing your work directly impacts people’s lives for the better. You’ll be trusted to make decisions on the job, solve problems on the fly, and set the example for your crew.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead crews to stabilize properties in emergency situations, helping families and businesses regain safety and normalcy.
  • Perform clean-up, demolition, and remediation of damaged building materials, including mould and asbestos-containing materials.
  • Pack out and protect client contents as needed, handling belongings with care and respect.
  • Restore residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, and other disasters.
  • Read and record daily psychrometric readings to ensure effective drying and restoration.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years’ experience in the restoration industry, including experience leading a team.
  • Knowledge of construction and demolition practices.
  • Current IICRC - WRT certification.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel out of town when required.
  • Ownership of basic hand tools and cordless power tools.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.
  • Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.

Assets That Will Set You Apart:
  • Additional IICRC certifications such as AMRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, or CCT.
  • Hands-on experience working with mould and asbestos.
  • Experience with contents tracking software like Encircle or Assured Pack-out.
  • Construction experience.
  • First Aid certification.
