About the Role:
Rytech of Denver is looking for a skilled and motivated Water Damage and Mold Lead Technician to join our growing team!
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be delivering top-quality restoration and mitigation services and working with a team of dedicated technicians. If you're passionate about your craft and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field technicians on water damage mitigation, drying, and restoration job sites
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping using industry-standard equipment
- Conduct job site assessments and develop effective mitigation plans
- Ensure quality control and adherence to IICRC standards on all projects
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters throughout the restoration process
- Document job progress, moisture readings, and equipment placement using restoration management software
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Respond to emergency water damage calls, including after-hours and on-call situations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, or a related field
- IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a field technician role
- Strong knowledge of drying equipment, dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work in various conditions
- Availability for on-call and emergency response scheduling
