All Dry Water Damage Experts is a locally owned, family-operated restoration company that has been serving the Denver area since 1994. We specialize in water mitigation and mold remediation, helping homeowners and businesses recover when unexpected damage occurs.
We are a small company, and we believe that is one of our strengths. Our employees aren't just a number—we work closely as a team, support one another, and recognize the contribution each person makes to our success.
We care about building a workplace where people can grow. We take the time to understand the personal and career goals of our employees and want to help them develop the skills, experience, and opportunities they need to reach those goals.
We're looking for people who take pride in their work, are dependable, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a team where their effort is noticed, appreciated, and makes a difference.
We’re hiring a Lead Mitigation Technician who brings hustle, leadership, and accountability to every job. This role is for someone with 2+ years of mitigation/restoration experience who can take charge on site, keep the crew focused, and push projects across the finish line. If you’re hands-on, lead by example, and are the kind of person others naturally follow and trust, you’ll fit right in here. The person hired in this position has the potential to grow into a Mitigation Manager role.
