What You’ll Do

Place and monitor drying equipment
Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and baseboards
Update jobs using phone apps and online systems
Assist with water mitigation, mold remediation, board-up, tarping, carpet cleaning, and related services
Maintain trucks, equipment, and warehouse/facility organization
Participate in rotating on-call shifts and support the team as needed

Training and Growth

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dedication to customer service
Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and rotating on-call shifts
Ability to frequently lift 75 lbs
Willingness to learn and grow
