We are looking for experienced trades and cleaning professionals to join our team as a crew leader or crew member! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Fire, Mold, Reconstruction jobs and more.

Position Summary
As a dependable Property Restoration Technician, you will perform hands-on restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remodeling work to restore residential and commercial properties. Every day brings different work and the opportunity to help customers rebound from damage.

What You’ll Own

Perform assigned restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remediation work.
Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and other processes.
Complete demolition, mitigation, cleaning (contents, structural), carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, based on skills.
Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized job sites.
Inspect your work and address quality concerns before considering a task complete.
Participate in emergency and after-hours response when scheduled.

What We Seek

Experience in remodeling/restoration/construction/cleaning or other related trades
Experience in effectively leading people is very desirable
Experience serving commercial and residential properties
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
High school diploma/GED
