You’ll train directly under experienced leaders while gaining hands‑on experience in water, fire, mold, and property damage restoration.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in identifying safety hazards and implementing proper safety measures
  • Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided
  • Help manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution
  • Perform vehicle, equipment, and facility maintenance as assigned

  • Provide excellent customer service as a front‑line representative of our brand
What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma/GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, working in tight spaces, climbing ladders, etc.)
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • IICRC certifications are a plus
What the Job Is Like

This is a full‑time role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with frequent overtime opportunities. Work environments vary and may include exposure to heat, odors, airborne particles, and loud noise. Respirator use may occasionally be required for safety.
