Restoration Crew Member (officially called a Mitigation Technician)

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour + overtime opportunities and on-call bonuses

As a Paul Davis Restoration Crew Member you will...

Help clean and prepare homes and buildings after damage from water, fire, or storms so families and businesses can get back to normal.
Get more than another warehouse job: you learn a trade in property restoration with paid training and on-the-job experience.

What you’ll do

Load and unload materials and equipment, and keep trucks and tools clean and organized.
Set up and run drying and cleaning equipment (we train you how to use everything).
Help with cleanup after floods, fires, and other property damage under the direction of a supervisor.
Assist with simple temporary repairs, like tarping roofs or boarding up windows and doors.
Pitch in with warehouse or shop tasks when needed and support teammates on job sites.
Be reachable by phone and occasionally take on-call shifts for emergency jobs.
