Key Responsibilities

·      Respond to emergency situations including water and fire damage

·      Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup

·      Set up and operate restoration equipment

·      Load, maintain, and inventory work vehicles and tools

·      Identify and communicate job site conditions and safety concerns

·      Communicate professionally with customers and explain the restoration process

·      Follow safety guidelines and industry best practices

Position Requirements

·      Valid driver’s license

·      Ability to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)

·      Experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred

·      IICRC certification a plus (training available)

Physical Requirements

·      Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)

·      Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

·      Ability to work in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics)

·      Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry equipment repeatedly

·      Ability to work with cleaning agents and restoration materials
