About the Role:

SERVPRO of Camarillo is looking for a motivated and hardworking Technician Helper to join our restoration team in Camarillo, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced technicians to help families and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage. Responsibilities:

Assist lead technicians with water, fire, and mold remediation and restoration services
Set up and operate drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air movers on job sites
Perform demolition, debris removal, and cleanup tasks as directed
Load, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles
Follow safety protocols and SERVPRO procedures on every job
Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
Document job progress and assist with inventory of equipment and supplies

Requirements:

No prior experience required — a willingness to learn and work hard is a must
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions
Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
Comfortable working in emergency and disaster restoration environments
Strong work ethic with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Availability for on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
