Job Description:

As a Fire/Water Field Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and completing mitigation services on a case-by-case basis. You will have to communicate these needs between management, customers, and insurance companies. 

Key Responsibilities:

-          Maintain clear communication between office and customers. 

-          Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself, assigned vehicle and equipment.

-          Prepare rooms/areas for work needs.

-          Set up staging areas and equipment as needed for each project. 

-          Perform end of day/end of job clean up and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance. 

-          Perform all production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per order by management. 

 

Job Requirements:

-          Ability to travel locally and out-of-state as needed. 

-          Ability to successfully complete a background check subject by applicable laws. 

-          Minimum High School Diploma or GED

-          Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance. 

-          Walking, standing, and driving for extended periods. 

-          Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling and extended ceiling heights.

-          Ability to work in compact spaces. (crawlspaces, attics, etc).

-          Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying of items. 

-          Ability to work on-call and after business hours as needed.

Additional Qualifications:

-          Clear and Effective oral and written communication.

-          Experience in cleaning/restoration industry is preferred.

-          IICRC certification is preferred.
