ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is hiring an Restoration Technician to join our growing fire and water restoration team.
We help homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, smoke, and storm damage. This is hands-on work that makes a real difference for people during stressful situations, while offering strong long-term career opportunities in a growing industry.

Compensation:
- Entry-level technicians $17–20/hr
- Experienced technicians $21 – $25
Responsibilities:
- Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services
- Set up and monitor restoration equipment
- Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials
- Take moisture readings and document job progress
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Restoration, construction, or general labor experience preferred
- IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required
Working Conditions:
This role includes indoor and outdoor work in a variety of conditions and may require occasional on-call or emergency response availability.
