Claims Officer

• →Process and submit medical insurance claims accurately and on time
• →Handle pre-approvals and pre-authorizations from insurance providers

• →Review claim documents for accuracy and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE health insurance systems and medical billing procedures

• Knowledge of denial management and claim follow-up process
