Construction Supervisor

IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE construction standards. • →Supervise and coordinate construction site activities and workforce operations
• →Monitor project progress, timelines, and daily work schedules
• →Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards
• →Oversee quality control, site inspections, and material usage
• →Enforce health & safety (HSE) policies and site safety procedures

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Civil Supervisor

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans
• Knowledge of HSE compliance and UAE building regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects
• Certification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent preferred)
• UAE construction project experience is highly preferred
