IIQAF Group is urgently hiring an experienced Finishing Carpenter in Dubai for our ongoing construction and interior fit-out projects across the UAE. We are looking for a skilled Joinery Carpenter / Finish Carpenter with strong experience in high-quality wood finishing, installation, and interior works.

• →Perform high-quality finishing carpentry works in residential and commercial construction projects
• →Install doors, frames, cabinets, wardrobes, wooden panels, skirting, and decorative woodwork
• →Execute interior fit-out and joinery installation works as per approved drawings
• →Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
• →Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials with precision
• →Ensure smooth finishing, polishing, and alignment of wood structures
• →Repair and maintain wooden fixtures and furniture
• →Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and fit-out teams
• →Follow Dubai construction safety standards and site regulations

• Strong experience in joinery works, interior fit-out projects, and commercial building finishing
• Ability to read carpentry drawings and blueprints
• Experience with modern carpentry tools and machinery
• Knowledge of gypsum, partition, and wood finishing works preferred
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• ITI / Technical certification preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
